A bespoke commission for a private luxury residence in Costa Rica. As part of the collection of art that will decorate each location, a selection of 5 mysterious birds were created for this project. Each bird has a name and description inspired by real species from the region, but with a magical and unexpected twist.
I create bespoke plinths for each of them as well as mount them in a base. This will allow the birds to be protected and place in any space around the residence.
