I reimagined 2026 Pantone colour of the year Cloud dancer into a paper sculpture. This colour provides a black canvas of creativity to flourish. White It’s a colour that blocks the noise around me, and helps me focus. Using everyday materials such as paper, fabric, cardboard and thread, I carefully constructed a piece that moves between material, craft and imagination.
Boats have always taken us to new places, and it’s in the quietness of the sea and the wind that a mind can disconnect from the everyday noise and find calmness, which I think is so needed these days. I see this year as a new beginning, and I wanted to invite us to go on a journey, a new adventure, to sail in a boat where unexpected things can happen or be created, from something as simple as a piece of paper.
