This body of work explores structure and softness through layered pastel compositions. Rich tones intersect with graphic contours and grid-like frameworks inspired by textile techniques such as weaving and embroidery. Each butterfly is both delicate and architectural — a balance between ornament and construction — conceived as an intimate artwork and as a foundation for dimensional translation.
The series extends beyond a single design, evolving through variations in colour and hierarchy. Alongside the original drawings, digital collage adaptations have been developed to explore applied formats. These refined studies demonstrate how hand-crafted artwork can translate seamlessly into branding, printed materials, and visual communication while preserving its narrative and material sensitivity. Available as unique works, editions, and as the basis for commissioned installations.
